hPSC banking

The B-SCB has a collection of hPSC lines available to researchers who request them. The collection includes cell lines generated from healthy donors and from patients affected of different diseases that can be used as disease models. These lines have been generated using integrative (retrovirus and lentivirus) and non-integrative (Sendai virus, episomal plasmids or mRNA) methodologies. Some of them coming from healthy donors and generated by different methodologies; retrovirus, Sendai virus, episomal factors and mRNA. The B-SCB has also lines coming from patients affected of more than 20 diseases that can be used as disease models.
