Adscription Form

Filling this form you are requesting the adscription of your research group to the Program for advancing the Clinical Translation of Regenerative Medicine of Catalonia, P-CMR[C]. Requests will be evaluated twice a year by the P-CMR[C] Internal Scientific Committee and the Advisory Board.

Now we are collecting requests until the end of June 2021. Next evaluation will start in July 2021.
